Security services in our country will file a case with federal prosecutors about a possible link between The Brussels Journal and the Norwegian killer Anders Behring Breivik. (...) Security services would like to shed some light on a few things. In the past few years, The Brussels Journal has published a number of articles which also appear in "2038 A European Declaration of Independence", the manifest that Breivik distributed just before his attacks. (...) Now that security services have compiled a dossier, the prosecutor must decide whether an investigation will be started.

A quote from Alain Winants, head of the Belgian State Security Service , interviewed by VRT news, 27 July 2011:

In any case, I can confirm that the State Security Service is not the source of a complaint that is said to have been filed with federal prosecutors. That being said, it will of course be something that will be included into our general investigation.

Lieve Pellens, spokesperson for the federal prosecutors, quoted on the website of Het Laatste Nieuws:

When we receive the report of the State Security Service, we will study it and based on that, we will decide whether it is necessary to open an investigation.
