You are still 'defending' the lunatic from Tripoli and his 'children'?!  Let it go.

I hope you enjoyed his (long) rant before the UN General Assembly in New York yesterday.  After claiming Obama as "our own son" and wishing for his Presidency to last a  life-time (like his own), he complained about the fickleness of the electorate in a genuine democracy.  Nobody knows what America will do a few years hence, he said with a great sigh of disgust.  He still fears the same fate as Saddam. And so he should.    

I assumed K.A. was attempting to get us all to chuckle with a little Swiftian rape humor.

Perhaps, if K.A. had written in homage to Tiberge and Marcfrans, a la incarcerating a pregnant woman in her last days of pregnacy as having psychological and spiritual benefits for the woman, K.A. would have had more success in forcing his raping and pillaging humor on the readers here.

You'll note that I used the French intellectuals' conceptual frameworks and terminology, where possible, mirroring their attitudes to Muslim knife crime.

I have never attributed Muslim minority-on-Western majority crime to "hatred" as in a "hate crime".  On the contrary, it is warfare.  If territory, resources, political domination and "reproductive supremacy" can be acquired through means other than a military assault, does this improve the ends?  Of course not.  

Many commentators on the Brussels Journal are highly critical of the Enlightenment and its progeny.  I am not.  Liberty and equality are noble ideals, and like any other have their time, place and limitations.

The fractious leadership and supremacism of Islam is a nightmare that makes one long for a return of the more simplistic days when the West faced a centralized, monolithic and rational enemy. 

So, it was "extreme sarcasm", then!  That makes the Kapitein almost 'Flemish', because sarcasm has great currency in Flanders these days. 

But, an "homage" to Tiberge it was not.  The latter showed real humor by focusing his lights on nutty French intellectuals, by highlighting their own words, by letting them speak for themselves. His sarcasm was very clear, as were his targets, and it was not soiled by postmodernistic affections.  A good example of the latter is the Kapiteins' insistence on attributing to muslim crime some 'transcendence', some special meaning, some rightist version of naive-left 'hate crime' legislation and attitudes.  In short, a postmodern Western reversion to tribalism, and a betrayal of the 'European' Enlightenment.

My commentary was reflective neither of "dimmification" nor extreme stupidity.

My comments were quite obviously facetious, considering the strong opinions I have articulated towards the rape of non-Muslims by Muslims and toleration of Muslim minorities in Europe.

For the record, I am convinced that rape perpetrated in Western countries against Westerners by Muslims transcends criminality and is political due to collective conspiracy, commission and victimization.  If this minority is determined to act medieval then their punishment should be commensurate: summary castration, forcible repatriation, etc.

I sincerely hope that when Flanders is freed from multiculturalism, political correctness, Islamification and union with Wallonia, that the Flemish are able to develop a sense of humor.  Le Carre referred to the Germans as a "very literal people"; perhaps the same applies to the Flemings and Dutch.

Good to see you wading into the fray marcfrans...back from a hiatus? I had been worrying that HALDE had detained you indefinitely. Lack of humor aside, shame on both of you for even debating someone advocating that rape victims accept the unwanted advances of their abusers!

Perhaps you are right, but only in the sense that the Kapitein's adherence to "postmodern" nonvalues will ultimately lead to dhimmitude. He himself doesn't seem to realise that, for he certainly doesn't want to be a dhimmi.  Modernity has brought individual freedom to the masses (at least of some kinds of people), and postmodernity (irresponsibility really)  will lead back to unfreedom or bondage.

Of course, we are free to think that the kapitein is just being sarcastic, but there is counter-evidence to be found in his past writings.

A rape victim.....as an "object of attraction and affection", rather than of hate?  I can understand the attraction bit, at least in a superficial sense, but not the affection bit.  You, obviously, have never been raped or deprived of your freedom to make your own decisions, as yet.  Must be that 'Pax Americana' again... which is disappearing fast.

In homage to Tiberge, what exactly is rape?

On the face of it, rape is sexual coercion.  However, the emphasis on coercion ignores the clear and present sexual and sensual component of rape. 

These "youths" wouldn't rape women they weren't attracted to.  When they commit rape, they are grudgingly displaying the attractiveness of the victim, who is really an object of attraction and affection than a victim per se.   

Coercion is employed because the perpetrators suffer from an inferiority complex that encompasses both the aesthetic and the cultural.  Seen in this light, the incidences of rape in question reverse the roles.  The rapist or more accurately "under-confident admirer" is the victim to the perceived superiority of the object of his desire. 

Discussing these attempts at love as crime only heightens the victimization of the youths.  Instead, the objects should be encouraged to see the youths as potential mates rather than "losers" or "creeps".  While a full-blown relationship might not be in the cards, women could meet the youths "half way" and at least respond to their advances favorably e.g. with sex.

Sex is no longer a big deal in post-modernity, and we no longer associate it with love or marriage, so we're not asking women to give up anything really.  In fact, they might find it pleasurable, and such willingness will reduce the need to resort to crime...

since being a Muslim has a higher victim-degree than raped girls, girls can be insulted and raped. Any communication on this subject is false because we don't want any communication on this subject.

So 6% are registered, 10x that figure are not (Kapitein Andre), that means the mayority of Swedish girls will be raped. Is this an old Viking tale?

In Western countries, the general rule of thumb is that only 10% of rapes are reported to the authorities, and I understand less than half are successfully prosecuted. 

The lack of definition for rape in Sweden is problematic, however, this does not indicate the hand of ultra-feminism, especially as Swedish women have a higher degree of promiscuity.  The Muslims account for a very serious proportion of this 6% figure, and indeed, the very presence of Muslim men in Sweden puts Swedish women at risk, irrespective of other variables. 

It's unfortunate that, because academic feminists have cooked the books to come up with inflated rape figures to serve their purposes in the past, these figures will be suspect.  But, indeed, it's difficult to know with certainty what these women are calling rape.  "I was too drunk to give me consent"?  "I was too drunk to remember"?  "The next day I wished I hadn't done it -- so that means I was raped"?

I don't think that this high statistic is totally attributable to Muslim men raping Swedish women.  The British population is 2.8% Muslim to Sweden's 3.7%.  Of course, the UK also has substantial numbers of Africans and Hindus, whose attitudes to and treatment of women are almost if not equally repugnant.  Furthermore, most of Sweden's foreign-born population is from other Nordic countries.  Whereas British Muslims can "blend in" with immigrant communities from China, India, Africa and the Caribbean, Swedish Muslims are a very visible minority. 

Even The Local's members argue that the 6% is also due to false reporting of rape (to claim 15,000 kr in government compensation), binge drinking, promiscuity and the undefined status of rape; these factors being exclusive of Muslim-on-Swede crime.

As someone who believes that Muslims (esp. Muslim men) have no place in Western societies, I suppose that the accuracy of the 6% figure is irrelevant so long as it mobilizes public opinion in favor of this goal.  We are, of course, at war after all...
