Pakistan's Ambassador: «Mohammed Cartoon is Terrorism»
From the desk of Filip van Laenen on Sat, 2008-06-07 11:48
Pakistan's ambassador to Norway Rab Nawaz Khan has formally submitted a complaint with the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs after the publication of a Mohammed cartoon in the newspaper Adresseavisen earlier this week. «Terrorism is carrying out an act that draws strong reactions. Muslims across the world are insulted by this cartoon, and therefore it is an act of terrorism,» the ambassador said in an interview with the Norwegian commercial television station TV2.
It seems like some Muslims just don't want to understand that an insulting cartoon can't be more than just that: an insulting cartoon. Saying that a cartoon in a Norwegian newspaper is the same thing as blowing up the Danish embassy in the capital of Pakistan only shows the distorted world view some of them have.
In the interview with TV2 Pakistan's ambassador says he is «concerned», since the publication of a cartoon in Adresseavisen may put the lives of Norwegian citizens all over the world in danger. Furthermore, he points out that a number of Norwegian companies have offices and commercial interests in Pakistan. At the same time he rejects the explanation by the editors of Adresseavisen that the cartoon doesn't show Mohammed but someone who poses as Mohammed. According to Arne Blix, chief editor of the newspaper, the cartoonist wanted to demonstrate that someone who commits terror in religious clothes in the name of religion is totally unbelievable, but it seems Pakistan's ambassador isn't able to grasp that statement at all.
Erna Solberg, leader of the opposition's Conservative Party (Høyre), said in a reaction that the ambassador is completely overreacting. According to her diplomats in Norway should study the Norwegian situation and the Norwegian freedom of expression more carefully, and the Norwegian government should not apologize for the publication of the cartoon. Instead the government should try to explain that there is freedom of the press in Norway, and that it is not a terrorist act to use it. The ambassador may of course dislike the cartoon, but he's wrong to say it's terrorism.

"Liberal Euro-MPs turn to comic book heroine"...I'm not surprised. Mexico also has a comic book for illegals to get into the U.S. Well now I've learned some geography for I now know where and/or what "Dong Fang" is from the article. It is good to know that it is not something requiring Penicillin or Tetracycline.
Speaking of great books I found a great Kapitein Marvel comic book:

You asked, "So, I'm just wondering, where did this myth about you not reading books come from?"
ROFLMAO. I really don't know but I thoroughly did enjoy reading both books which you mention which dealt with early Greek history, military strategy, and the clash of civilizations. Gee, if I recall correctly, both comic books must have been more than 20 pages each if you count the "artwork"! BAM! POW! BOOM! The Greeks and Persians fight some war thingy a long time ago! KAPOW! ZOOM! ZAP! The Greeks save Europe from the bad guys! LOL
Every once in awhile I like to read fiction to help get me to sleep. I found this one book, a trashy violent hate filled fictional novel that does the trick. It is the worst piece of crap I think I ever read, but it will put you out like a light. It was written by a pedophile, who at the age of fifty-three (53), married a seven (7) year old girl and then "consummated" his relationship with her when she turned nine (9). That was descent of him. I eventually got through reading the entire book. Now what was the name of that book? The title almost eludes me. Oh now I remember it was written by some guy named Mo something and it is called the "Quran"! Ever heard of it? Give it a try if you want to be bored to "death".
I just can't resist the enlightened urge to offend Islam and/or the multiculturalist socialist PC looney statist Stalinist crowd when the opportunity arises!! LOL!
Jizza Party for Appeasers

FLLegal, You are absolutely correct on your post ...stick Mo where the sun don't shine.
Europe has the same problem Canadians have, and issues related to this are addressed by a Canadian blogger, and it is one which Steiner doesn't seem to recognize. One portion is:
"Your children will live in a tyranny because you did nothing. Because you thought Canadians were different. It happened in Germany, the pinnacle of art and science. Even the most nationalistic Canadian can't make that claim with a straight face. Yet we think we can remain apathetic, cowardly, and free."
Canada: Police State Under Construction
Another Swedish commenter at my site asked how long before they would have to start paying jizza tax, due to mosque construction going on. I think my reply to him would also apply for Steiner and others who prefer appeasement.
"I suspect that it will not be the fifty years which some predict based on immigration and conception rates. It wouldn't surprise me if much or all of Europe falls within the next ten years. The Left is intent upon cooperating and aiding the transition to Islam - and the Left-dominated EU government already controls the military and the infrastructure.
With enemies like those in their midst, and with no armnaments for their defense, what resistance will a few thousand or even tens of thousands of resisters be able to mount? Especially, if there is an external Islamic army which is aided by those Muslims and Leftists who are already there.
Since the jizza is about fifty percent, there may be some conflict when your Leftists in the government try to keep their 80%.
Plan on working harder and watching less TV to make up that extra 30%. Maybe a second job as a harem scrubber. Oh, and you get a break on reductions in old age benefits - since you won't need them anyway!"
Let's hope that some of our people within all our Western countries begin to realize that they have been trained into apathy. Those providing that training are intent on taking away the property which was left to you, and to all of us, by the valor of many men who lived freely and who were willing to die so that you could, too.
Your ancestors handed you the property that is your country, and they didn't live and die so that others could take it away from you because you are too brainwashed and emotionally deadened to the patriotic feeling which is necessary to keep it.

@Atlanticist911
Thanks for the interesting link Atlanticist911. I enjoyed it. Been reading about the Battle of Thermopylae and also the Battle of Salamis which both took place in 480 BC.
A couple of quotes from your link Atlanticist911 (among others) that I found iteresting:
But most importantly, 300 preserves the spirit of the Thermopylae story. The Spartans, quoting lines known from Herodotus and themes from the lyric poets, profess unswerving loyalty to a free Greece. They will never kow-tow to the Persians, preferring to die on their feet than live on their knees.
If critics think that 300 reduces and simplifies the meaning of Thermopylae into freedom versus tyranny, they should reread carefully ancient accounts and then blame Herodotus, Plutarch, and Diodorus — who long ago boasted that Greek freedom was on trial against Persian autocracy, free men in superior fashion dying for their liberty, their enslaved enemies being whipped to enslave others.
Also a couple of quotes I found interesting with regards to the Battle of Salamis, in September 480 BC:
Consequences of the battle
The victory of the Greeks marked the turning point in the Persian Wars and the heavy defeat of Persia. Without his navy, Xerxes was unable to supply his huge army from resource-poor Greece so he withdrew to the Hellespont. Here, he proposed to march his army back over the bridge of ships he had created, before the Greeks arrived to destroy the bridge (although the Greeks had already decided not to do this). Xerxes returned to Persia, leaving Mardonius and a large force to hold the conquered areas of Greece. Mardonius recaptured Athens, but the Greek city-states joined together once more to fight him at the simultaneous Battle of Plataea and Battle of Mycale in 479 BC, in which they routed and scattered the remaining Persian force.
Significance
The Battle of Salamis has been described by many historians (among them Victor Davis Hanson, Donald Kagan and John Keegan) as the single most significant battle in human history. The defeat of the Persian navy was instrumental in the eventual Persian defeat, as it dramatically shifted the war in Greece's favor. Many historians argue that Greece's ensuing independence laid the foundations for Western civilization, most notably from the preservation of Athenian democracy, the concept of individual rights, relative freedom of the person, true philosophy, and art and architecture. Had the Persians won at Salamis, it is very likely that Xerxes would have succeeded in conquering all the Greek nations and passing to the European continent, thus preventing Western civilization's growth (and even existence). Given the influence of Western civilization on world history, as well as the achievements of Western culture itself, a failure of the Greeks to win at Salamis would almost certainly have had seriously important effects on the course of human history[19].

I know my movie quotes must be appreciated by a few discerning movie buffs, who realize there can be truth spoken, wisdom proffered, and/or the appropriate attitude shown when confronted with a supremacist attitude, even in a movie; therefore, let me proffer a few more. And if one does not glean any grains of wisdom from said movie lines, then at least be entertained.
Now A few more quotes from the movie "300":
[Prior to the meeting with King Xerxes, King Leonidas of Sparta told his captain, as he and his captain plunged their spears into Persian casualities lying on the ground as he ate an apple at the end of a battle, I will meet with the King Xerxes, being that King Xerxes had requested a meeting, for there is no reason why we can't be civil. So King Xerxes of Persia and King Leonidas of Sparta (Greece) met face to face alone.]
King Leonidas of Sparta: Let me guess...you must be Xerxes.
King Xerxes of Persia: Come, Leonidas. Let us reason together. It would be a regrettable waste...it would be nothing short of madness were you, brave king...and your valiant troops to perish...all because of a simple misunderstanding. There is much our cultures could share.
King Leonidas of Sparta: Haven't you noticed? We've been sharing our culture with you all morning.
King Xerxes of Persia: Yours is a fascinating tribe. Even now you are defiant...in the face of annihilation and the presence of a god. It isn't wise to stand against me, Leonidas. Imagine what a horrible fate awaits my enemies...when I would gladly kill any of my own men for victory.
King Leonidas of Sparta: And I would die for any one of mine.
King Xerxes of Persia: You Greeks take pride in your logic. I suggest you employ it. Consider the beautiful land you so vigorously defend. Picture it reduced to ash at my whim. Consider the fate of your women.
King Leonidas of Sparta: Clearly you don't know our women. I might as well have marched them up here, judging by what I've seen. You have many slaves, Xerxes...but few warriors. It won't be long before they fear my spears...more than your whips.
King Xerxes of Persia: It's not the lash they fear...it is my divine power. But I am a generous god. I can make you rich beyond all measure. I will make you warlord of all Greece. You will carry my battle standard to the heart of Europa. Your Athenian rivials...will kneel at your feet...if you will but kneel at mine.
King Leonidas of Sparta: You are generous...as you are divine... O king of kings...Such an offer only a madman would refuse. But the...The idea of kneeling, it's...You see, slaughtering all those men of yours has...Well, it's left a nasty cramp in my leg...so kneeling will be hard for me.
King Xerxes of Persia: [Getting angrier as he talks] There will be no glory in your sacrifice. I will erase the memory of Sparta from the histories. Every piece of Greek parchment shall be burned. Every Greek historian and every scribe shall have their eyes put out...and their tongues cut from their mouths. [Getting more incensed] Why, unttering the very name of Sparta or Leonidas will be punishable by death. The world will never know you existed at all.
King Leonidas of Sparta: The world will know that free men stood against a tyrant. That few stood against many. And before this battle was over...that even a god-king can bleed.
--------------End of trancript.
Our enemies are cunning while our leaders our fools. There appears to be no leader in the West who is currently willing to fight as free men against the evil and tyranny of Islam. They would rather placate it. Appease it. Surrender some of their own freedoms and the freedoms of their citizens to satiate the beast called Isalm. Would there be leaders who would arise only hellbent to annihilate this evil political and religious fascist tyrannical ideology. Instead, leaders today operate in a spirit of fear brought on by the intimidation and barbaric violence done in the name of the "Religion of Peace". For them, Freedom is no longer worth killing and/or dying for. Our European ancestors can only weep at what they see is taking place in Europe today. Let not the deaths of those, who have waged war against tyranny and Islam in the past to keep said evil out of Europe, be in vain.

Well if Western Europe had any REAL leaders they would simply laugh and scoff at such an idea in the face of these totalitarian barbarian fascist dogs and throw them out of the country with a boot up their ass. They would also tell them to take that vile false prophet Mohammad of theirs and shove him up their ass as well. They would also say that if you hurt another one of our citizens, due to our people exercising their inalienable free speech rights, then we will do more than just shove old "Mo" where the sun don't shine and carry through with the threat. Didn't the Romans have a policy where if the barbarians killed one of their citizens, then they killed a hundred or more of the barbarians? Time to revive that policy and up the ante to 1000 to 1. Time to be vicious against a vicious enemy. It is time to stop the appeasing. Time to stop the self-loathing. Time to stop claiming that all cultures are equal for they are not. Time to stop "importing" Muslims, i.e. followers of the hatebook the Quran and of the violent barbarian Mohammad, into Europe. Way past time. Time to realize the crusades never ended. Time to realize this is not a police action, but a war of all wars, i.e. the clash of civilizations. Islam vs. the West. Islam is currently winning, due to the lack of competent leadership in the West. We have plenty of "Chamberlains", but few, if any, Winston Churchills. Time to destroy the enemy before they destroy you and preserve what little freedoms that you have left that haven't already been stripped from the citizenry by the socialist left.

Please, this is not a movie. The day we begin to act by killing 1000 for every one ..is the the day we will have lost the war, for we will have become vicious and murderous ourselves.
Simply say No to this type of thinking, and simply do and ask for what is right from our governments.
1. Have kids, at least 2, three would be nice, and 4 even better.
2. Ask our government to preserve free speech. Just like we can criticize Hitler and Stalin, we should be able to criticize the murderer mohammed..and other religious figures..
3. Ask our governments to stop muslim immigration for now and probably forever, until muslim governments allow the same freedoms...yes freedoms that value people, instead of some murderer..
4. there is more...I also can understand your frustrations
@ Steiner - Your "Plan" will only Guarantee or Insure Our Demise
Submitted by FLLegal on Mon, 2008-06-09 12:29.
@ Steiner. No. This is not a movie. This is a matter of life & death for the West. Only a fool would think the situation in Europe is merely a movie. The war is already lost in Western Europe, unless and until the West is willing to be as vicious as the Islamists. If you continue to hold on to your Western "sensibilities" and sense of "fair play", then they prevail. This is a matter of life or death for both the "infidel" in Western Europe and Western civilization itself. Fight by the "rules", you lose. The only language that this violent political and religious ideology, called Islam, understands is ruthlessness. If the West is not willing to become just as much and perhaps even more so as ruthless as the Islamists, then the war is lost. Again I reiterate for this is important to understand, brutal ruthlessness and viciousness is the only language they understand. It is the only way we will prevail.
Steiner suggestion #1 is offered to late. By the time you have your 2-4 kids, the Islamists will already be in power. Demomographics are on the Islamists side. #2 Preserve free speech? Well that is about, if not already, a lost cause with free speech that some person doesn't like being labelled "hate speech". Such prosecutions for said speech are already taking place. As to #3, I like that solution, but you still have the problem of the enemy within and demograhics are not on your side, even if all the "infidels" in Western Europe were now to act like frisky rabbits. Said solution is too little too late for what now faces Western Europe. What are you going to do with the enemy within? Give them welfare or more welfare?
There is more...I also can understand your hesitancy...
But said hesitancy and/or unwillingness to be as equally vicious and ruthless, or more so, against a formidable, vicious, unrelenting, and ruthless enemy bent on world domination and forced submission, may just be and/or will be the undoing of the West. War is brutal and at times it must be fought brutally if you want to win and/or survive. If you want to win and/or survive. Losing, albeit you fought gentlemanly and/or "humanely", is not an option when fighting against such a brutal, oppressive, and evil enemy like Islam. When dealing with Islam, the Geneva accords are a suicide pact. We can't afford to lose. I would rather ruthlessly slaughter the enemy and win, then play by the "rules" which will not save me, but only aid in my own destruction with the loss of said war. We must raise the black flag against Islam, if we wish to protect our lives, families, and way of life. There is no other way.
By the way, the day the West begins to kill a thousand of theirs, is the day we begin to start winning not losing. It will be the day that perhaps they, the enemy begins to relent or ponder it for we will finally be speaking the language they understand and respect. Said day will be a day where there will be 1000 less followers of the hate book called the Quran breathing down our necks threatening and intimidating us.
ONLY IN THE WEST the killing of more of the enemy in battle is considered a loss. (rolling eyes).

@Everyone
For the movie buffs among us, some wisdom from the movie "Patton":
Patton: "I want you to remember that no bastard ever won a war...by dying for his country" [cause, ideology, or civilization]. "He won it...by making the other poor dumb bastard die for his country" [cause, ideology, or civilization].
How I wish we had generals and leaders like Patton & Churchill. Instead we have leaders who are on a suicidal self-loathing quest for dhimmihood. Already we are submitting to Islamic intimidation and proven violence. There is already a deadly chill on our freedom of speech. We not only now face the barbarism of Islam if we say something they don't like, but now the force of government, who restricts our very own free speech, for they cower and fear what Islam might do. They are Islam's "useful idiots". If a Dane had made a picture of Jesus and put it in the newspaper, no one in government would say a word. They would not be threatened by said act of Free Speech. They would not jail the artist or publisher. They would not be fearful of riots from blood thirsty Christians yelling they were insulted as they burned homes, cars, and killed people. In fact, the leadership in the West shows favortism to Islam over the other, actually peaceful, faiths, due to their fear of the "peaceful religion" called Islam. If Islam is so "peaceful", then why are our leaders so intimidated by it? If Islam is so "peaceful", then why does violent riots by Muslims erupt around the globe because they claim they are not violent? In other words, if you state the truth that Islam is violent, the Quran is a hate book worse than Mein Kampf, and/or Mohammad was a violent barbarian, they will kill you, riot, rampage, and/or all of the above...but no they aren't violent. (Rolling eyes). They get offended..no choose to get offended at the drop of hat. They feel superior and it is about time we stupid little "infidels" understand that and recognize their "superiority" and the "superiority" of their 7th century totalitarian barbarism! Islam is a cancer. It will destroy you unless you destroy it. But we will wait. Appease as much as we can. Surrender what rights we can surrender. More in the West, i.e. "infidels" will die at the hands of the "peaceful" Muslims. But a time will come when we will either have to fight Islam to the death or submit. Many will submit for they are not willing to pay the ultimate price for freedom. The longer we wait the more difficult it will be to win and more will die as a consequence.

In their great wisdom, our western governments have decided to call islamist activity against the west: nonmuslim, and antimuslim...
At the same time we are told by the pakistanis that we are terrorising them by publishing cartoons of mohammed.
The media informs us that nonmuslim activity will be dealt with by the full force of western law...the antimuslim terrorists shall be brought to justice.
As a result the Deobandis and other muslim sects will call upon friends like Osama to help the west rid itself of antimuslims.
Patting themselves on the back for having been right all along, the Saudis ask the west to implement sharia law as a means to spread peace throughout Europe and the rest of the world.

I wish we had leaders that dealt with this Islamic supremacist mentality as King Leonidas dealt with the supremacist mentality of Xerxes messenger in the movie “300”. A movie I had to buy when I heard that Iran (barbarian Persians) protested the movie.
A transcript from the movie:
Xerxes Persian Messenger: [Shows up at the city gates of Sparta with the skulls and crowns of conquered Kings of other nations and meets with a Spartan Councilman Theron, a diplomat and traitor, to Sparta. They both go to meet King Leonidas of Sparta.
Queen Leonidas: Councilman Theron. You found yourself needed, for once
Spartan Diplomat & Councilman Theron: My king and queen, I was just entertaining your guests.
King Leonidas: I’m sure.
King Leonidas: Before you speak, Persian…know that in Sparta everyone, even a king’s messenger…is held accountable for the word’s of his voice. Now what message do you bring?
Xerxes Persian Messenger: Earth & Water.
King Leonidas: You rode all the way from Persia for earth and water?
Queen Leonidas: Do not be coy or stupid Persian. You can afford neither in Sparta.
Xerxes Persian Messenger: What makes this woman think she can speak among men?
Queen Leonidas: Because only Spartan women give birth to real men.
King Leonidas: Lets us walk to cool our tongues.
Xerxes Persian Messenger: If you value your lives over your complete annihilation…listen carefully, Leonidas.
Xerxes Persian Messenger: Xerxes conquers and controls everything he rests his eyes upon. He leads an army so massive; it shakes the ground with its march. So vast, it drinks the rivers dry. All the God-King Xerxes requires is this:
Xerxes Persian Messenger: A simple offering of earth and water…a token of Sparta’s submission to the will of Xerxes.
King Leonidas: Submission. Now that is a bit of a problem. See, rumor has it…the Athenians have already turn you down. And if those philosophers and…a boy-lovers have found that kind of nerve, then---
Spartan Diplomat & Councilman Theron: We must be diplomatic.
King Leonidas: And, of course, Spartans…have their reputation to consider.
Xerxes Persian Messenger: Choose your next words carefully, Leonidas. They may be your last as King.
King Leonidas: [pauses looks around at his people, his Queen, children, son, his Queen again, and thinks “earth and water”, then quickly draws his sword putting the tip of the sword at the throat of the Xerxes Persian Messenger.]
Xerxes Persian Messenger: Madman. You’re a madman.
King Leonidas: Earth and water. You’ll find plenty of both down there. [Xerxes Persian Messenger is standing next to an abyss or very deep well with King Leonidas’ tip of his sword at the Xerxes Persian Messenger’s throat].
Xerxes Persian Messenger: No man, Persian or Greek, no man threatens a messenger.
King Leonidas: You bring the crowns and heads of conquered kings to my city steps…
King Leonidas: You insult my queen…
King Leonidas: You threaten my people with slavery and death.
King Leonidas: Oh, I’ve chosen my words carefully, Persian. Perhaps you should have done the same.
Xerxes Persian Messenger: This is blasphemy. This is madness!
King Leonidas: [Leonidas slowly lowers his sword being contemplative. Steps one step back and turns his head back to look at his wife, i.e. the Queen of Sparta.]
Xerxes Persian Messenger: [Looks momentarily relieved.]
Queen Leonidas: [Quietly looks King Leonidas in the eyes as their eyes meet for a moment and nods her head slightly in the affirmative.]
King Leonidas: [Turns back to look again at the Xerxes Persian Messenger] Madness?
King Leonidas: [Now screams out] THIS IS SPARTA!!!! [Kicking the Xerxes Persian Messenger in the chest with his foot knocking the Xerxes Persian Messenger into the abyss while other Spartans take their swords and kill the Xerxes Persian Messenger companions throwing them or forcing them to fall into the abyss.
End of transcript...
How I would like to see Western leaders tell this Pakistani ambassador and Muslims in general that you don't come to Western lands and tell us we must submit. You don't intimidate us. We will not give up our free speech right. You don't kill or threaten our citizens. I wish the West would respond and say that these are not Islamic lands "THIS IS THE WEST! We will NEVER SUBMIT! This Pakistani Ambassador
Submitted by FLLegal on Sat, 2008-06-07 20:39.
This Pakistani Ambassador attempts to turn the world upside down by blaming the Norwegians, as they do the Danes and everyone else in the world, for the evil done by Islam. It is Islam that intimidates, threatens, and commits violence against the West, but they never take the blame but attempt to shift the blame. They come with implied threats. They come to threaten. They come to intimidate unless we submit to them.
Robert Spencer wrote an excellent article on this topic as well, entitled Pakistan's ambassador to Norway: "I'd like to know if your newspaper is satisfied with what it has done and what it has unleashed?", which is found at http://www.jihadwatch.org/archives/021304.php#comments. He stated, in part:
"To suggest that the offense you have suffered, or want us to think you have suffered, or want us to think that your coreligionists have suffered, is sufficient to warrant the killing of anyone, is a monstrous exercise in moral myopia. You have lost all perspective, if you ever had any to begin with. And now you are demanding that we lose all perspective as well.
[...]
Of course, Muslim leaders, in Pakistan and elsewhere, want to foster exactly that perception, because it coalesces neatly with the Islamic supremacist agenda. Muslims may do whatever they wish. It is up to Western non-Muslims to adjust and adapt however they must, in order to placate them. And that includes everything up to and including abandoning the freedom of speech in favor of the chastened silence prescribed for dhimmis in Islamic law." - End of excerpt.
Khan is not stupid, Norwegians may be

Khan was issuing unveiled threats of terror, and not expressing concerns about "cartoon terrorism"
His intention is to hopefully prevent future publication of similar cartoons or, most unlikely, writings putting Mohammad under a bad light, by stating such an indirect threat, that he's afraid something will happen to Norwegian economic interest abroad, and embassies.
I wouldn't be surprised that he would think "there're 150 million of Pakistanis but only a few millions of Norwegians, we can dominate them soon enough via demography".
That brings up a side question: Why are they - Europeans - so averted about reproduction? Do they prefer sex without ensuing responsibilities?
