9/11 and Us

Five years ago the world changed. We were still living in Antwerp’s city center at the time and I flew the American flag from the balcony as a token of solidarity. Less than two hours later we thought it wise to take the flag in again, because immigrant youths from around the corner expressed their hostility, pointing out that they regarded flying the stars and stripes as a provocation. While we mourn the victims of 9/11 today, I am certain that in a number of European inner cities and banlieues this anniversary will be celebrated. The Economist recently wrote that referring to Europe as “Eurabia” is an exaggeration, but since 9/11 2001 I know it is a reality.
Washington Times article misleads

I am not recommending that you read the article, as when I posted a critical but civil comment in their blog my comment was changed by them to make it appear that I was praising them. I'm only pointing out that you will have few friends in the major media of the west, who are as Eurabian as any by their "reporting" policies. The "errors" they make are consistent to the point that intent can be logically inferred. The truth about events can only be learned via trusted internet sources.

The reason 9/11 of USA changed everything is that a bizarre way of mass murder was formulated by a gang of desert cult that believes in greed, dishonesty, mass murder, rape ...etc with no sense of shame or guilt or remorse.
Only countries that have been using deadly force by way of overwhelming military might to counter jihadi politics have been-
* ISRAEL in Palestine and Lebanon;
* USA in Iraq;
* Russia in Chechenya;
* Sri Lanka in north east of Sri Lanka; etc.
In all these places, you see 1000's of civilian deaths as "collateral damage" and demolished buildings from aerial bombings like at Dresden of WW-II and fleeing refugees. Apparently avoidable!
Only the last case is truly the most horrific case of state terrorism by the Sinhalese govt. Yet no one is complaining.
While Palestinians are being helped by EU, UN and the arabs so on, others are not helped at all. Last case is also the real case of freedom-fighters seeking liberty, equality and fraternity - LTTE not jihadi types at all. Hence, Tamils of Lanka need our full support while Lankan Govt is abusing arms from pakkis who are thus getting richer!
